It has a smooth and lustrous surface with no deep scratches or other noteworthy blemishes. Overlay shows no dents, dings, or other notable flaws aside from light scratches and pin-sized marks here and there that don’t penetrate the plating and a sliver of brassing just above the cap band groove on each side of the cap as well as the typical spot on the clip ball. Barrel indicia for engraving has been left blank. But 1920s models like this are horses of a different color.
